Music Visualization

For my senior thesis I wanted to explore a sensationalist way of visualizing music. By converting sound waves to their corresponding light waves, I've determined a note's color. For the tone of an instrument, I've used shape — the more rounded a sound the rounder the shape, the sharper or more prevalent a sound the sharper the shape. By using this system, you can see the changes and pattern in a score which then tell a visual story.
